In 2011 at Bingley Show the Horticulture Section had a very successful day. Entries were up 20% on last year, and dispelled fears that entries might be badly affected holding the event on a new day, a new month and clashing with the last weekend of the RHS Show at Tatton Park.
So a big thank you to all exhibitors, to Vic Hollings, the members of the Northern Vegetable Society and Bingley Flower Club for all their support making this year's Horticutural Section such a success.
The demonstration area was a good addition to the Show and was well attended throughout the day.
Thank you Eileen Barraclough, Hilary Dodson and John Smiles for sharing your knowledge with us.
